LIGHT KASSA BEL (“LKassa”) – software-based cash register system

Conclusion of the commission for the assessment of the operator, software-based cash register system, and fiscal data storage software for compliance with requirements No. 75 dated 08.07.2024.

Areas of Application:

COMMERCE

including for use in retail outlets where there is an obligation to use cash registers that provide differentiated accounting of data on goods

PUBLIC CATERING

Including for use in public catering facilities where customer service at the table is provided and a bill is issued. Except when in these areas, in accordance with the legislation, special computer systems are used to accept cash

SERVICES

excluding gas stations and passenger transportation

he software cash register system provides:

Reliable accounting of cash documents (CD) and information about events occurring on software cash registers (PC)

Transferring cash documents and information about events on the PC to the DPC of the SKKO in real time

Integrity and authenticity of all CDs

Maintaining records of PCs and PC users

Protection and storage of CDs and information about events occurring on the PC

Backing up information about CDs and events occurring on the PC used by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, and restoring it

Countering information security threats

Secure transfer of cash documents and information about events occurring on the PC to the data processing center of the SKKO

How to Become a User?

To become a user of the LIGHT KASSA BEL software cash register system, you will not need to visit our office in person. You will need to follow the link Light Kassa Bel Light Kassa Bel (lkassa.by) and register.
After you complete the registration procedure, our employees will contact you at the phone number you provided during registration

After confirmation of registration of the contract with “LWO” LLC, you will receive a message at the email address you specified and will be able to log in to the personal account to download documentation, register as many software cash registers and cashiers as you need for work.
You will always be able to obtain any relevant information about each software cash register, view all cash documents, confirmation of their receipt by the SKKO

You do not need to install a SKO or SKNO in each software cash register. The L-SKO control tool for the operator is placed by us in the republican unitary enterprise “Information and Publishing Center for Taxes and Duties”. You will not have to pay anything for using it

Located in the “LWO” LLC data processing center. You get access to the software cash register in the software cash register user’s personal account via the WEB interface or the Android OS mobile device interface. The choice is yours.
The application for registering the software cash register with the republican unitary enterprise “Information and Publishing Center for Taxes and Duties” is generated automatically in your organization’s personal account
