RuProject for JSC “NКFO “BELINKASSGROUP” – development of a comprehensive automated system for the cash-in-transit company JSC “NКFO “Belinkasgroup”
Development of software to automate the core business processes of JSC “NКFO “Belinkassgroup” for servicing bank client branches and self-service devices, managing transport operations, processing, forming, storing, accounting, analyzing, and controlling cash flows and other valuables of clients in the Republic of Belarus. This includes commercial banks and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
Project results:
A large-scale, integrated system for automation of business processes of a cash-in-transit (CIT) company has been developed
Core operational functions have been automated, including contracts, service requests, cash processing center, vault operations, CIT services, and form management
Cash circulation regulation mechanisms have been implemented
Accounting for cash operations has been configured, including securities form management, registration of retained cards, and fee calculation
High cash processing performance has been achieved through integration with cash counting and sorting equipment and the use of QR code scanners
Operations involving thermal transfer printers have been automated
QR codes are used at all operational stages where direct system-to-system data exchange is not possible
A Cash Collector Mobile Application (CCMA) has been developed, enabling collectors to enter data by scanning QR codes from cash-in-transit manifests, cash bags, and ATM cassettes
An offline application for business entities has been developed, allowing the generation and printing of cash-in-transit manifests with QR codes
A personal web portal has been developed for interaction with banks, the National Bank, and business entities
The web portal supports request exchange, submission of request processing results, cash recounting, receipt of cash into the vault or its withdrawal, vault-to-accounting reconciliation, and distribution of statements of works performed, fee calculation statements, and other documents
An API interface has been developed to ensure fast and efficient integration of banking systems and the National Bank with the solution of OJSC “NKFO Belinkassgroup”
