RuProject for JSC “NКFO “BELINKASTRUPP” – development of a comprehensive automated system for the cash-in-transit company JSC “NКFO “Belinkastrupp”
Development of software to automate the core business processes of JSC “NКFO “Belinkastrupp” for servicing bank client branches and self-service devices, managing transport operations, processing, forming, storing, accounting, analyzing, and controlling cash flows and other valuables of clients in the Republic of Belarus. This includes commercial banks and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
Project results:
A large-scale, comprehensive system for automating the business processes of the cash-in-transit company was developed
The following functions were covered: contracts, requests, cash center, storage, and cash-in-transit service
Operations with forms were automated
Cash regulation was implemented
Accounting of cash transactions was configured
Work with securities forms was organized
Registration of seized cards was introduced
Reward calculation was automated
High-speed cash processing was achieved
Integration with cash handling machines was implemented
QR code scanners were introduced
Work with thermal transfer printers was automated
QR codes were used in areas without software integration
A mobile application for cash-in-transit staff (MPI) was developed
MPI allows data input via QR codes of registers, bags, and ATM cassettes
An offline application for business entities was created
The offline app generates and prints waybills with QR codes
A personal web account was developed for banks, the National Bank, and business entities
The web account enables request exchange
It provides the ability to send processing results, cash recount, deposit/withdrawal information
Sending of acts of completed work and reward calculation sheets was configured
An API interface was developed for integration with banking systems and the National Bank
Reconciliation of storage with accounting records was organized
