RuLWO Awards Best Young Professionals of 2025
LWO held its annual ceremony honoring young talent, where 13 early-career specialists received the “Best Young Professional” award. The event marked an important milestone not only for the awardees but also for the entire team that cultivates the next generation of professionals.
“The annual “Best Young Professional” award is more than just a prize. It recognizes the contribution young employees make to the company’s development, their drive to grow and create products that improve people’s lives.
This year’s ceremony brought together representatives from various fields: developers who write the code of the future; business analysts who transform ideas into clear technical tasks; testers who ensure impeccable quality and reliability of our products; and marketing and promotion specialists who make our solutions accessible and understandable to every Belarusian,” said Olga Vasilyeva, Head of HR.
Each of the 13 awardees has followed a unique path at LWO. What unites them is a genuine passion for their work, a willingness to learn, and a desire to create products used by millions.
These young professionals have already contributed to large-scale national projects, including the development and promotion of the Oplati service and more than 200 other solutions. Today, they are working on the creation of the first domestic processing center, LProc, as well as other innovative products shaping technological future of Belarus.
The company’s management noted that the “Best Young Professional” award has become a valued LWO tradition.
