RuLWO became a partner of the Digital Banking 2023 conference.
Among the guests and speakers: TOP managers, heads of the financial and credit sector and IT companies, who gathered for an open dialogue on digital financial technologies, as well as the exchange of experience.
Oleg Kondratenko, Director of LWO, told the audience about the possibilities of developing and ensuring technological sovereignty in the field of non-cash payments. Digital services are the foundation of the digital state, while the entire technological chain of non–cash payments within the country remains in the possession and development of residents.
He stressed that the new type of cashless payments can bring more to the country, businesses and people than all international payment systems.

At the conference, Oleg Kondratenko also presented the development of LWO— a 7×24 mobile cashless payment service Oplati™.
The benefits for the business and the scope of use were disclosed in detail.
Oplati™ is the first QR—based payment service in Belarus. Already today, many online services and operations are available to all users: from payment in transport to remote parking reservations. Payments via QR code simplify the payment process, ensuring the safety and security of funds. The domestic service is already three years old, and during this time, one million users from 85 countries have already expressed confidence in the development of Belarusian programmers.
