RuLWO Presented the “Oplati” Service at the International Seminar on Payment Systems
The latest capabilities of the “Oplati” service were showcased at the international seminar “Payment Market and Payment Systems of the Republic of Belarus,” held on April 22-24, 2025 in the Minsk Region.
The event brought together representatives from the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, banks from Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, as well as the Interstate Bank on a single platform.
Forum participants discussed the current state and regulatory framework of Belarus’ payment market, while exchanging experiences in payment system oversight and payment activity supervision.
During his presentation, Dmitry Lopatkin, Head of Payment Solutions, outlined the company’s operations and its role as a payment service provider. He detailed specific functionalities available to users of the “Oplati” service, highlighting the most noteworthy implementations. Mr. Lopatkin also engaged with attendees through a Q&A session, which helped deepen understanding of the service’s potential and development prospects.
