Oleg Kondratenko: “We are building an IT country. A lot has been done, and the task is huge, there is still more work to be done”

We aim to improve the life of the country, its citizens, mechanisms and apparatus of
governance, using all the technologies, all the products that we have developed
thanks to the action of the Decree on Digital Economy and the existence of the Park
of high technologies.

We have been given the tools and opportunities available to us by the state to move forward
. We have already done the groundwork for the development of a new digital
future for our country.

We have built systems that increase our digital and financial sovereignty, and we are already competing in our market with international
payment services. We have already reduced costs on domestic payments, and
in the future these mechanisms will save tens of millions of dollars a year.

We are building our common present and future – here and now, all together we are doing
everything necessary for a happy life for us and our children in our beloved Belarus.
