RuL’arch – automated “Electronic Document Archive” system
The system is designed for receiving, storing, and managing electronic documents in an archive while ensuring their authenticity and integrity. It provides for the long-term storage of documents in accordance with established retention periods and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. It also serves as a solution for integrating archival storage with other information systems used by the organisation.

Automatic selection and acceptance of electronic documents for archival storage with verification of authenticity and integrity
Storage of electronic documents, the authenticity and integrity of which is certified using digital signature facilities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus for the established storage periods
Storage of public key certificates (SPK), revoked certificate lists (RCL)
Automatic monitoring of document storage periods, disposal of documents with expired storage periods, including the ability to set marks on tax audits
