Project for Alfa-Bank — implementation and Development of the L’Rise, L’Arch, SBD, and “Digital Bank” Software Systems

The project is designed for the functional development and maintenance of a centralized system for operations with individuals (L’Rise), an electronic document archive (L’Arch), an electronic document management system, and the “Digital Bank.”

Unity of the 3 Systems:

At Alfa-Bank CJSC, three software systems — L’Rise, L’Arch, and SBD — have been implemented and are continuously developed. The systems are integrated with each other and with various bank systems to optimize user workflows and improve customer service

L'Rise — an automated information system for servicing individuals
L'Arch — an automated "Electronic Document Archive" system
SBD — an electronic document management system specialized for the banking business

“Digital Bank” Project

The project provides functionality that allows for a complete transition away from paper documents:

 

Signing documents by the client electronically on a touchscreen monitor (account opening, card transactions, loan repayments)
Conversion of cash receipt orders (in Belarusian rubles and foreign currency) and cash disbursement orders (in rubles, foreign currency, with applications) into electronic format
Conversion of cash deposit slips (revenue) into electronic documents in compliance with legislation, with the cashier’s digital signature (EDS) and the client’s digital handwritten signature, followed by the transfer and storage of these documents in the bank’s electronic archive
